"In the Andean altiplano travel by railroad was the most popular method especially during rainy season. Consequently, the stations at each pueblo were lined with vendors selling their wares...foods, silver jewelry, leather goods, woven wool clothing and flowers. These flower saleswomen were photographed at Puno, Peru on the northwest corner of Lake Titicaca."
